I just enjoy staying here overall, but it was surprising to me how it felt like it was built in the 1940s. It had one outlet to the whole entire bedroom. Gaps under the door so that bugs can just come into the bedroom. It was the lowest quality place I’ve ever seen that, but my fiancé felt that it was still a neat place. To stay.

Quartos sem janela com odor de local fechado, chuveiro ruim, toalhas ruins, janelas muito sujas. Não oferece toalha de rosto, somente de banho. Atendimento bom por causa das pessoas, mas a infraestrutura do hotel é pessima.

Pousada bem localizada. Atendimento dos funcionarios bom. Estacionameno dos autos com cobertura e espaço suficiente para maioria dos veiculos inclusive com ampliação. Pode melhorar nas pequenas coisas como lampadas queimadas e roupas de cama com furos, falta da toalha de rosto, etc... Manutenção tem que ter mais atenção. Frequentamos desde 2019 e o cafe da manhã teve melhora mas, nao tem variedade e em alguns momentos faltam produtos dentro do periodo das 7 às 10 horas e nao tinha microondas disponivel. Pressão da agua nos apartamentos superiores deixa a desejar, no chuveiro e no lavatorio. Os metais estão muito desgastados pelo tempo e uso, torneira do lavatorio (sai pouca água), registros, chuveiro e esguicho do sanitario, inclusive tampa e almofada do vaso trincadas devido ao uso. A piscina de adulto estava limpa mas, necessitando de reparos em alguns azulejos quebrados, principalmente no fundo da picina, posibilitando danos físicos aos usuarios a piscina infantil sem condição de uso e mesas e cadeiras estavam sujas. Melhorias com a retirada do frigobar de dentro do armário, alem de melhorar o espaço interior beneficia as condições de uso do mesmo, até no caso do degelo. Espero que as observações sejam levadas como construtiva e de melhoria para comodidade e satisfação do Cliente...foco do Grupo MN HOTÉIS...OBRIGADO

This hotel needs to be closed for a new revamp. The bathroom is broken, dirty, outdated, and smells really bad. The walls are covered with mildew. What a terrible experience. For a minute, I thought I was in a military bunker. I do not recommend this hotel. Please stay away from this property.

O quarto estão muito simples , e o quarto 30 após às 6h30 manha é impossível de dormir. O sol entra pelo quarto , chuveiro péssimo, cama péssima, lencol e roupa de cama horrivel . Caro diária para nao ter conforto . Vamos saber sobre o Cafe.
