After arriving wet after a day on the motorcycle and a heavy day of rain, the staff could not be more than welcoming. Dryroom for the wet clothes, and even though fully booked, they went above and beyond to help. Food in restaurant was decent, but the staff service was above and beyond.. Myself, and my cousin who accompanied me on his bike, will be back in the summer.

Very warm welcome despite us being very late to arrive. Lovely spacious clean room with Gorgeous view. Didn’t book breakfast due to our food allergies but found that they would have catered for us. So would advise speaking to staff to find out.

The hotel is right off the main A road so very handy for travel with parking spaces out the front. The room and bathroom were a decent size as well as clean, comfy and well equipped. The shower was nice and powerful. The grounds to this hotel are really lovely and the pub/restaurant itself was decent with nice staff and delicious food. Point to note is there is nothing around this hotel so make sure you check times and book in for evening meals if needed.

When I arrived I received a very warm welcome from the owner and all of the members of staff that I met. I had an excellent dinner on two nights at the hotel and once again the staff were excellent offering a very personal service. On one of the nights the restaurant was quite busy but it didn't affect the great service or the time it took to prepare my meal. It was the same at breakfast where the choices were excellent.

Comfortable family-run hotel for B and B

Warm welcome upon check in, generous sized room and en-suite for solo traveller, comfortable bed, equipped with kettle, tea, coffee, etc. Very enjoyable dinner in-house and also breakfast. Staff were very helpful in recommending places to visit. Would be very happy to return.
