The check in was difficult. No staff was on site to check you in. Instead there was this kiosk with a monitor, scanner, printer, and key dispenser. On the other end of the monitor there was what appeared to be a real guy of Indian descent. It was like trying to check in thru a bad drive up fast food window only worse because most of the time i couldn't understand the accent although he appeared to be speaking my native language (English). Recommend fully automating the check in process so no human is actually involved or go old school and just have someone on site to check people in. Once i got to my room the room was fine and clean and on par for what i expected.

This was a last minute trip. We arrived after 10pm but before 11pm. I was taken back by the check-in kiosk instead of a person. As a technology manager, I thought it was interesting but as a tired traveler I found it to be impersonal and took longer than it should which left me annoyed. The room itself was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It is not a modern hotel which for a small town one shouldn’t expect. I did not use any of the amenities due to our short stay. There was a person in the am that checked us out in a jiffy. If I was in the area, I would probably stay there again.

Stay was comfortable in a clean room, a king suite with kitchenette that was larger than expected. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special. Staff was attentive and very responsive.
