The location is convenient, about a 10-minute walk from the U8 station, although the hotel is at the last stop. It is also well connected by public transport to the city centre and the airport. Regarding the room, the overall condition is rather old and it did not feel particularly fresh. There were some dark/blackish marks in certain corners, and the floor was not properly cleaned when I arrived. On the positive side, the towels were clean and in good condition. The staff was okay, but the welcome was rather standard and lacked warmth or friendliness. The neighbourhood may feel a little intimidating at first, especially on the first day, but you get used to it. The location is nevertheless practical because of the public transport connections. However, considering the price I paid, I expected a better standard of cleanliness, maintenance and overall comfort. The value for money therefore did not fully meet my expectations.

Good food options nearby, accessible by a number of U- and S-Bahn trains and busses, and not that far from the city center. For a last minute option for the Berlin Marathon weekend, it was affordable and I was happy with the room. Clean, decently sized, and reasonably priced. Staff was also very helpful when I locked myself out of my room. I didn’t have the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that.

I only stayed for one night to attend the concert of Cuco in Hole 44. It was optimal for this purpose. The staff was competent and friendly, the room clean and pleasant. I can recommend the hotel who don't want to stay in the city: the public transportation is good.

Good place for price..

The room was ok for the price that we paid. It was clean and quiet. No air conditioning, but was able to use a fan provided by the front desk for a ten euro deposit. The hotel offered what looked like a decent breakfast, but we never ate there..the price seemed to much at 14 euros per person.

We didn't have breakfast there. So I can not say anything about it. The motel is well located, I mean for the price it's good. We mainly choose it since we had an event in the area. It was clean, but it didn't have a frigobar (I bought cheese so I had to eat it 😅) But it was clean, something I really appreciate it. Clean towels, shampoo, and soap. Also a smart TV that we appreciated after a cold day hehe. The common areas were nice. We only used them when we went out to plan our day. Also, we arrived at 16 or something and you have to self check in in a machine which is outside. It was quick. Comfortable pillows and bed.

Good hotel

Good service, and was someone available to help pretty much at any time. Well located, but it is on a well used road, so can get noisy during peak time. The room is large and generally well set up. It could have done with a chair to use with the desk. The shower room was effectively a wet room, making it very convenient and accessible. The position of the shower did mean that you need to pay attention to it's direction or risk sending water into the bedroom itself.
