For a new location of course it is going to be great. But what makes it stand out is that regardless of location, the staff is what makes it comfortable. Very friendly for sure, There are some shops nearby but they are driving distance. The Crossover sports area usually has food trucks on the weekend evenings. That is walking distance alright. Very clean breakfast, room, and location.
