Great location in the heart of town, and the staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Location in the heart of Sorrento was perfect. Sorrento has great things to offer, with the opportunity to use this as a “home base” for day trips to Pompei, Capri, Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello. Sorrento Flats is run by a family that wants you to feel like you are a part of their family. Mom cooks pastries for breakfast every day—which are delicious. One of the best places we’ve stayed in over 30 years of international travel!

The apartment was just perfect. Location was right in the Main Street in Sorrento surrounded by endless shopping and restaurants. The door with balcony overlooking the road was fantastic and the quality of the door was such that we didn’t hear any unwanted noise when closed. Comfortable bed and pillow, nice bathroom and updated throughout. I would definitely recommend!

Very clean and updated boutique hotel. We had a loft style room we booked at the last minute that was very comfortable and quiet. The manager Luigi was very helpful with information, transportation and having gluten free food available for breakfast. Located in the heart of Sorrento with shops and dining right out from the entrance.I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

First yime staying, but won't be our last. The staff was extremely helpful, and informative. The location is great and the parking isn't too far away. The room was even better than expected. This hotel is located in the heart of the old town with everything close by.

The flat was very clean, well appointed and quiet yet centrally located near old town, the train station & the ferries. Luigi was so helpful with the logistics of our stay which made everything easy and stess free. I would highly recommend this place for those who desire an Air B&B type place for a reasonable price and the grocery store is right across the street. However, it is not suitable to those who cannot handle 70 stairs to the third floor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Sorrento Flats during our recent visit. It felt like home away from home! The location is fantastic and the place is easily accessible – thanks to Luigi's proactive WhatsApp how-to-reach instructions. The room was clean, cozy, air-conditioned, and well-maintained. The breakfast included a variety of continental and delicious Italian dessert options. Most importantly, Luigi and his family welcomed us with warmth and kindness, that I would never forget. I can't recommend Sorrento Flats enough for a top notch, homely, and personable experience.

Great hotel, location and host.

Perfect boutique style hotel in the middle of everything. The fact that is family owned makes it even more special. The breakfast buffet was great and the room had all the amenities, plus a balcony. Luigi was great and made sure you’re not missing anything. I definitely recommend this hotel.

We travelled as a couple through a lot of Italy and found Luigi and his team to be exceptionally responsive, helpful and friendly. We felt very comfortable with the spotless amenities and service beyond what we actually paid for. Also quite helpful local recommendations for shopping and activities. Highly recommended :)

After getting scammed at another hotel, the rental company helped us book last minute at Sorrento Flats and I am so grateful they did! Luigi truly made our stay fantastic. He helped us transport our bags, giving us a brief tour of Sorrento and excellent recommendations. I highly recommend staying here!
