Great location, comfortable bed, well working a/c But the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke that was extremely annoying. Also some lights were not working

Had a great stay, we had a room with a balcony overlooking the water - well worth it!

6/10 Good

We paid for a sea view room on and got a room on the 7th floor which we believed was a wonderful view, but beware, there is a seafood restaurant above with wooden floors, from 6pm until 2am we were driven mad by chairs and tables being moved around. We were extremely jet lagged and were interrupted all night by the chairs and tables. We were moved down 2 floors the next night, we asked for the manager to contact us we believed we were entitled to a refund for the night of no sleep, no contact from anyone in management. Very disappointed in the lack of response. Hotel is in a great location, but we should have been warned of the possible noise from the restaurant above

Great location. Free secured parking. The room was spacious with balcony sea view. Very good buffet breakfast. Easy check-in check-out. Friendly and helpful staff. I recommend staying at this hotel.

8/10 Very good

Despite some recent reviews, we found this hotel surprisingly good. The rooms seemed clean and comfortable if dated and in need refurbishment. The location is good but arriving by car can be a problem as there is no car parking spots in front of the hotel, only a small coned off area that you may be lucky enough to get into for the valet car parking. The breakfast was very disappointing.

This is probably the best hotel in Canakkale. Clean and comfortable. I recommend seaside rooms. There is only one elevator. Rooms have old carpets which I do not like. Very good breakfast. Personnel is super quick when you need support in the room for ac control or internet issues. A Starbucks across the lobby. Great location with dining options. Recommended!

Common areas are not clean. The elevator in the morning was a mess, my feet stuck to the ground. The breakfast are is not ventilated, and is warm. The open buffet food on the counters are stored at room temperature (Cheese etc... (!)) Anyway, the hotel has a huge hygiene problem.

Double yataklı oda tercih etmemize rağmen, ilk gösterdikleri oda tek kişilik 2 yatağı bir araya getirerek double yatak yapılmış bir odaydı. Söyleyince düzelttiler. Odalar temizdi. Kahvaltı fena değildi.

Şehir manzaralı odaların, denize cephesi yok. Balkonu yok, denizi kısıtlı olarak görüyor, gitmek isteyenlerin bilgisi olsun. Gidince değiştirirler diye düşünmeyin, değiştirmiyorlar.

De ligging van het hotel is goed. Alles is op een kleine loopafstand. Personeel is vriendelijk, ontbijt is uitgebreid.
