When we arrived the staff were very friendly and attentive. We were quickly assigned our room then we went to the 10th floor. The room was secure, clean, and spacious. The A/C also worked well and we were comfortable. The location of the hotel was excellent and close to amenities such as Myeongdong and shopping. This is my third stay at Fraser Place Namdaemun. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms are modern, well lit, nice natural light with block out curtains, and kept very clean. I stayed during the heatwave that hit South Korea--their staff made sure that I had extra water to keep hydrated. This hotel is well located near several bus stops, the subway, as well as Namdaemun market. Fantastic eats in and around back streets, to boot.
