The hotel was exceptionally clean and quiet, and the rooms were very spacious. The area around the hotel consists of residential buildings and small industrial businesses, so the immediate surroundings look a little run-down. However, the neighborhood itself was safe and well maintained. The hotel's spa was excellent, with several different saunas to choose from. We especially enjoyed the hammam. It would have been nice if soap had been available in the spa area for washing. The breakfast was good, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The room was wonderful! Very spacious is an understatement, we had the large apartment and it was such good value, had everything you could need. Staff were pleasant enough. The location is close to a great shopping centre with good food outlets and in walking distance to the Bucharest North train station. Only thing I would not recommend is going for breakfast after 9am, it’s so busy, no chance of a table and very overcrowded. Go before 9am, it was a different experience altogether. Overall, I would stay here again for sure.

We stayed in the large apartment which was spotless, had excellent space, friendly staff who were very accommodating with excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile. We had a fabulous stay and will definitely return again. The spa was supposed to be closed during our stay and they managed to open it which was an added bonus. We were compensated for the loss of the days spa too. Thank you all for looking after us! We loved our experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very clean, staff were very helpful and professional, and we really enjoyed the spa. It was just a 10 minute walk from a shopping center, 20 minute walk to the train station and/or the subway system. Breakfast was fantastic!
