Equipe nada prestativa. Cheguei com duas idosas e não tive ajuda nenhuma com as malas. E desde tolhas e papel higiênico, nós tinhamos que descer para buscar na recepção. Se vc for sozinho, o hotel é ok, mas se for com família e idosos, este não é um hotel para você.

Os quartos são bons espaçosos , limpos, manobristas atenciosos, educados, porém as portas dos quartos batem com muita força, acordando qualquer um! Café da manhã até tem variedade se fosse reposto, diz o hotel que é das 06:00 às 10:00 , porém às 08:40 já não tinha pão , presunto, pão de queijo, leite , pratos, mesas sujas, coisas básicas e a funcionária informando que era só uma , não sei se falta gente , ou se uma pequena organização resolveria, detalhe ontem desci às 09:15 e muitas coisas não tinham e nem são repostas mais! Com certeza para quem busca descanso não é uma boa opção! Domingo começou um culto com o som super alto no salão do hotel, que não possui isolação acústica, parecia que o culto era no meu quarto , ou seja me obrigando a levantar às 08:00, para tentar tomar café , que não foi possível e ir embora !
