Esse hotel deveria ser interditado imediatamente! É terrível, tudo é ruim. E não estou exagerando, limpeza, conservação, não condiz com as fotos… Quando fiz a reserva já tinha noção de que não era um hotel moderno, porem ao chegar na propriedade a situação é muito pior. O hotel não oferece nada. Quanto ao café não posso nem opinar, pois diante da realidade não tive coragem de ficar e provar.

O hotel é bem razoável. O quarto estava com o chão sujo, os móveis são bem antigos, o banheiro estava com cheiro horrível de esgoto e o frigobar não é abastecido. Só é oferecida uma toalha de banho, a de rosto não é oferecida e duvido que os lençóis de cama foram trocados durante minha estadia. A equipe de funcionários são muito atenciosos.

Tinha consciência que era um hotel simples. A decepção foi com a reserva de quarto não atendida. Ao reservar escolhi e paguei por um quarto anunciado com Cama de Casal (apesar de viajante solo). Me colocaram em cama de solteiro simplesmente por ser uma pessoa só. Paguei mais pelo quarto de casal a toa. Todos os quartos tem o tempo "Standard" no termo da reserva e no recibo não incluem a característica reservada (casal no caso). Simplesmente atribuem no check-in a depender da quantidade de pessoas. Não pague à toa por um quarto melhor ao reservar. Estado de cuidado e limpeza do hotel também bem complicados.

Hotel é bem localizado, no centro de Curitiba, com fácil acesso à Rua XV de Novembro (Rua das Flores) e ao Largo da Ordem. Fizemos muitos passeios a pé e utilizamos, também, Uber e 99, com deslocamentos rápidos e práticos. O café da manhã é bom, com frutas, pães, bolos, frios, ovos mexidos, salsicha ao molho, iogurte, café e leite. Apenas o suco poderia ser natural. A equipe da recepção foi sempre educada e prestativa. Solicitamos cobertores e toalhas de banho e fomos prontamente atendidos. Também vale destacar a equipe do café da manhã, sempre muito atenciosa, cordial e prestativa, contribuindo para um ambiente acolhedor. Como pontos de melhoria, o hotel precisa de mais atenção à manutenção e aos acabamentos. A qualidade das roupas de cama, das toalhas e das cortinas pode ser aprimorada, assim como alguns detalhes de conservação e acabamento das instalações. Também considero importante mencionar que a troca de toalhas é realizada em dias alternados e a arrumação completa da cama ocorre a cada três dias. No geral, recomendo o hotel principalmente pela localização, pelo atendimento e pelo café da manhã.
