The room was nicely equipped but had a strange odor and was very damp and humid making it very uncomfortable. And yes, we ran the AC to try and lower the dampness, but it did not help. And yes, I do understand humidity as I live in Houston and experience it daily.

The staff was generally very pleasant however not all on the same page. I believe the issues I encountered stemmed from my check in and although she was pleasant I feel she may have been overwhelmed and did not process my check in appropriately which caused confusion upon my check out. It wasn’t a bad hotel but right by the highway so you could hear cars flying by all night. Also the bedroom in the suite does not have black out curtains so light filters in as soon as the sun rises. The room was clean and again the staff were friendly.

Everything looked okay, staff was fine. The fire alarm went off after showering only in my room, it kept going off til I walked down there to tell them about and was still going off when I came back. Then at midnight the fire alarm went off twice in the whole building for no reason. Then I went to check out and the lady didn’t even know how to check me out-couldn’t figure out how to print my receipt, stated she will email me the receipt but still haven’t received anything. Will never book here again.

Room 103 was musty and smelled. Everything felt damp, including the carpet and bedding. The door handles, fixtures, and desk area had a film of dampness. We got to our room around midnight (too late to switch rooms) and left at 8:00AM. We told the front desk person that it was extremely musty, humid and damp in the room, and she apologized and said she woukd have maintenance look at it.
