Lovely room, modern, clean and well maintained. The owners are very friendly and helpful, always willing to help with any queries. Located right in the centre of the main area. If I were to return to Palermo this is no doubt I would stay here again.

We had a lovely week and we highly recommend it to others! The location is just perfect, and is in walking distance to everything. There was a party on the street Friday and Saturday but it was not a problem with earplugs. The hosts were super helpful. We could check in late, they ordered a taxi for us and they gave great recommendations for local restaurants and sights. The room was newly renovated and very clean, and there was even a balcony where we could sit and enjoy the view of the street. We loved our stay and would come back :) Christina and Tina

Our stay at Arcadia Rooms was delightful. The room was clean, everything inside it looked brand new, and had all we needed for our 8-night stay. The shared kitchen was super helpful, especially with the microwave, plates, and utensils. The family running the business were kind, friendly, and accommodating - a special thank you to them for proactively checking in on us every day to ask if there was anything we needed. In addition to the accommodation itself, this place has an amazing location. We found it very convenient that all the important Palermo cultural sights were within walking distance: * Quattro Canti & Fontana Pretoria - 5 minutes * Church of St. Catherine (for the world-famous cannoli), San Cataldo Church, and Martorana Church - 7 minutes (they are all in the same square) * Palazzo dei Normani & Cappella Palatina - 15-20 minutes * Palermo Cathedral - 12-15 minutes * Teatro Massimo - 10 minutes If you are looking to combine the cultural experience with some rest & relaxation, there is a great public transit bus connection to Mondello Beach. We used bus lines 101 or 102, and then transferred to 806 to get to Mondello within 30 minutes. Overall, a wonderful experience and would gladly come back again.
