The hotel is fantastic, and you could not be closer to Lower Broadway where it’s all happening!! Just be warned.....parking is $50 per night!!!

Excellent service from the time we arrived to the time we left - courteous valet and employees throughout - was a nice surprise to find we could walk to country music hall of fame without exiting the building - would highly recommend

The room we were booked for 2 nights smelled like vomit and the carpet between the 2 queen beds was stained and stiff. It looked as if the previous visitor(s) had cleaned it on their own, and it somehow got by housekeeping when they left. Unfortunately we didn't notice it at first as we threw our stuff in the room to meet friends for dinner. When we came back to our room late at night it was too late to deal with switching rooms. (We'd been driving cross country and were dead tired.) When I reported it the next morning the front desk did give us another room on same floor to make the move easier but were unapologetic. The housekeeping manager (Miri but unsure of spelling), however, was nice and helpful in getting us the new room as the carpet would need to be steam cleaned. Kudos to him. And, no, we were not offered a free night for having endured the first smelly night. Again, probably our fault due to not wanting to deal with it late at night. But the bottom line is that this happened at all should be inexcusable to a hotel like the OMNI.
