Great atmosphere, really friendly and helpful staff, it is a 5 star hotel and they live up to it. Yes a few bits in the room are a little worn but it’s more than made up for in terms of the rest of the property. Really enjoyable stay… great breakfast options …. Would defo stay again.

The hotel area is huge and can be smartly utilized- staff needs to hone their social skills, food is overpriced, variety and quality below average, no kids menu. The property should offer opulence and services for the price it is asking!

Ordered food from the kitchen and got uncooked chicken, we asked them to replace it and got chicken again which my husband ate and got sick for 2 days. This ruined our whole trip to Chandigarh and we could not get out of the room because of the food poisoning the food gave my husband. We eventually had to go to hospital to get some help with the food poisoning and spent a whole lot of money there as well for the treatment. Not a 5 start service as the hotel claims.
