It was sad to see a once great hotel un such poor condition. There have obviously been lots of delayed renovations..the shower in my room leaked. The table was old and marred. The pool was missing tiles, the showers were clogged, the pool atea was filthy and the pool needed cleaning. The restaurant was slow about an hour and a half to get food when there was no one except the soccer teams they host that obviously kerp the place afloat. Now, I must say the room was clean but run down, but also spacious. The breakfast was also very good. So there is good and bad. For the price I rate it average minus.

Hotel, simplement horrible à éviter absolument mal, entretenu, mal fréquenté des chambres délabré, complètement photo, Mogère, parce que ça ne correspond absolument pas du tout à ce qu’on voit sur expédia, c’est même un endroit indigne d’être dans cette plate-forme d’être ouvert même moi je suis quelqu’un qui a besoin des chaises chaise roulante parce que je peux pas trop marcher, on m’a donné, on m’a laissé une chaise qui était tout juste bien pour la déchetterie utilise pour les clients je sais pas quel genre de établir mon c’est ça y a eu tonton où c’était le Most en Amazonie les Hotel tropical comme ça s’appelait tropical mais là c’est juste inadmissible les portes défoncés aucun respect petit déjeuner médiocre mais limite et sans compter que c’est un nid de prostituer à 17h autour de la piscine genre assez regrettable franchement c’est dommage parce que c’était un très bon Hotel raison pour laquelle quand j’ai vu qu’il était disponible, il vaut même pas franchement même pas une étoile à son côté les habitants de la chambre genre cafard, j’ai vu des cafards c’était pas un cafard c’était des cafards à absolument!!!!!!!

O quarto tem um bom espaço e é confortável. No entanto, a TV não é smart. Outro ponto negativo é que o hotel libera a área da piscina para pessoas que não estão hospedadas. Com isso, há um grande fluxo de visitantes, dificultando bastante para os hóspedes encontrarem vagas para estacionar. Além disso, há um bar ao lado do hotel e, no sábado, foi muito difícil dormir devido ao som alto da música.Por fim, o atendimento de alguns recepcionistas foi bastante ríspido e pouco cordial.
