This city centre apartment has everything you need for an enjoyable stay, aircon, large bed, large bathroom, unique compact kitchen area,electric black-out blinds for the windows.Best of all a wonderful breakfast delivered to your room when you want it. Wouldn’t stay there again if I got it for free. The images on hotels.com must have been taken decades ago. The furniture was old, looked like something from a thrift store. The room was dirty.

Most unorganized establishment ever

By far one of the most unorganized hotel i have ever tried. Reception hardly ever there and when someone comes, can't help much. Furniture old and uncomfortable, sheets and towels hardly every changed. One day the person who clean the room, left the room with our door wide open fir anyone to get in and left his or her key in our door. So safety is zero.

Ho prenotato 1 camera per 2 periodi consecutivi, 4+6 giorni. Qualche giorno prima del mio arrivo mi hanno chiesto di modificare il metodo di pagamento. Per il primo periodo, ci siamo accordati per fare la transazione tramite un altro portale. Mentre ero in viaggio per Lecce, mi chiamano e mi dicono che devo recarmi in un'altra struttura, giustificandosi che hanno avuto un problema. Non essendoci altra alternativa (ed essendo a 1000km da casa), accetto. Per il secondo periodo (mentre già alloggiavo nella struttura), mi hanno di nuovo chiesto di modificare il metodo di pagamento on line ma non mi hanno più dato riscontro alla mia richiesta di pagare direttamente o come in precedenza su altra piattaforma on line, nonostante i miei molteplici solleciti (conservo i whatsapp). In conclusione, mi hanno cancellato la prenotazione il giorno prima dell'inizio del secondo periodo. Cosa dire, sono inaffidabili (quando sono arrivato nel primo periodo, mi avevano confermato anche il secondo periodo), incompetenti (nessuna attenzione al cliente), superficiali (mi hanno detto che "intanto a Lecce ci sono molti hotel") e incapaci (non hanno saputo gestire la situazione e non hanno compreso la gravità della stessa). Riassumendo: lo sconsiglio vivamente. In fatto di B&B è stata l'esperienza più negativa che abbia mai vissuto. Vergognatevi!

A eviter malgré l emplacement

L'unique avantage est la proximité avec le cevtre historique. L appartement en lui même est insipide et mal entretenu. Le 3eme lit d appoint n est pas confortable, pourrait éventuellement convenir a un enfant de bas âge. Luminaire salle de bain cassé et réparé avec du scotch. Clé/serrure de l appartement qui deconne . Et pas de petit dej sur place , des tickets sont donnés pour prevdre une boisson et une viennoiserie dans un bar ou au mc do , un comble d aller au mc do quand on est a Lecce.

Terrível

Terrivel. Quando chegamos para o check-in às 11:30 nao havia ninguém para nos receber. E quando conseguimos fazer o check-in, nosso quarto ainda nao estava pronto. Confirmamos um dia antes nosso horário de chegada, mas nao obtvemos retorno. Havia lâmpadas queimadas, o ar condicionado não funcionava, somente ventilação, o chuveiro não esquentou mesmo depois de 15min aberto e as toalhas e lençóisetsamvam rasgados. O café da manhã oferecido era 1 croissant e um café ou chá. Melhor se dissessem que nao havia café da manhã incluido. Pedi uma informação pelo whats e nunca recebi retorno. Um absurdo de atendimento e condições de hospedagem. A unica coisa positiva é que provavelmente era limpo, mas tão mal cuidado que olicava tudo em dúvida. Acho que o Hoteis.com deveria banir este tipo de acomodação do site.

Nicht zum empfehlen!

Sauberkeit unter aller würde, überall staubig und dreckig. Der Klo war am Boden dreckig und habe selbst sauber gemacht. Nach sauberen Handtüchern habe nachfragen müssen und nach Toilettenpapier auch. Die Zimmer wurde auch nur zweimal geputzt und zwar nur ein wenig den Boden, mehr nicht! Also, das Haus würde ich leider keiner empfehlen, liegt zwar sehr zentral und das war sehr schön, aber den Rest, möchte ich ganz schnell vergessen. Bin dahin gewesen, weil ich schon mal 2019 da war, aber damals ist am wenigsten sauber gewesen und habe nichts zum beanstanden gehabt.
