Clean room, entire place very clean, staff friendly and responsive, location good, above the expectations. The only ‘con’ is the noise during the night

The location is great, however the entrance to the building is dirty and its surroundings as well.

So close to La Gran Via, public transportation, variety of restaurants and shopping. Confortable bedroom. Clean and quiet, I did not experience any noise as I was expecting based on reviews. Friendly staff helped me to arrange transportation to the airport they also maintain my room clean. 👍

This is 1 star hotel, so what do you expect. I got the things for what I paid for. The location is close to everything since this is few steps away from Gran Via and the City centre. So, if you dont like noisy neighborhood, then this is not the place for you.

2/10 Poor

240 euros per night is an insult for what you get. • fungus in the shower • A toilet you won't fit, because its to close to the wall • Airconditioning with more dust than an average desert • Free city sounds, like there are no windows • Great social control, ensuring you listen to neighbors and personnel • Towel qualities that ensure you're not the first one to have used them. This is a great place for a 50 euro hostal, but rediculous for 5 star prices.

Very centric to most places. Clean and comfy. Would suggest to put bathroom tub anti slip adhesive to limit any fall because I fell on the tub. Overall loved the hostal will recommend it.

Like other reviews have stated, the club below is very loud and opens at midnight. Bring earplugs! The air conditioning was not functioning. The neighborhood was vibrant, walkable, and full of great bars and restaurants. The check in could use more instructions, but in their defense we were sleep deprived from an overnight flight. I would 100% recommend the neighborhood and 50% recommend the hostel.

Room is clean except the floor, staff is nice but can’t speak English well. It’s very noisy downstairs on Sunday night and made me awakened at 04:30…

If you are looking for night life this is your place. If you are looking for some rest then no. Great staff, very helpful. However there is a night club right below so they are up partying in the street below our balcony until 8:00 am, every night and morning. The street washing crew came through on our last day and they were forced to leave at 8.

It was perfect except for the loud music on Saturday as our room was right in top of a bar. For us that wasn't a deal breaker but maybe it is for you
