Hotel maravilhoso, tudo é perfeitamente cuidado nos mínimos detalhes, a musica na recepção com uma playlist perfeitamente escolhida, o recebimento na porta do Hotel dos recepcionistas, o rápido check-in (completamente digital), as cordiais orientações dos atendentes, os cuidados na limpeza dos corredores, os cuidados na entrega das bagagens até o quarto, o excelente café-da-manhã, o conforto da cama King e dos lençóis de excelente qualidade. Localizacao boa, tem estacionamento subsolo e no lote ao lado, o hotel é bem antigo, sendo assim não tem acustica, apenas 01 elevador, o café da manhã é bom. Cama boa. Os funcionários no geral, bem educados, apenas 1 funcionário foi bem ríspido na resposta quando perguntamos sobre o aquecedor que estava cheirando queimado e esquentando muito e perguntamos se existia uma forma de ajustar por algum botão ou algo assim e que estava esquentando muito a cortina, pois o aquecedor fica bem abaixo da cortina e ele disse que não tinha o que fazer e que era só abrir a cortina que tava resolvido. Como assim? Fiquei indignada na forma da resposta e ainda querem que a gente pague 10% de taxa de serviço além de tudo. Não recomendo.
