Room was clean with an ok level of noise considering how busy the street is and proximity to the airport. There isn’t a coffee maker or any Kleenex but the place is close enough to walk to the Kia Forum so quite convenient. Niles bar is along the route to Kia - a good place to stop for happy hour.

I had a last minute stay in LA and I wanted to stick close to the airport. I found this place online and found it to be the most reasonably priced for a short stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room. Everything was recently renovated, and it was a great place to stay. The room was very clean and smelled clean. We've never stayed here before, but the rooms look recently remodeled and the outside looks freshly painted. The owner checked us in and he was a very nice man, made us feel welcome. The parking lot looks a bit small, but we didn't have an issue for our stay on a Saturday night for the Rush concert. I don't know what it was like the day before with the World Cup game, but the owner said it was a crazy house, lol. My wife said she felt safer at this property than at the BW right across the street, which we stayed at a few years back.
