Absolutely TERRIBLE. They claim to have parking, but its only about 20 spots and the cars can't get in or out freely without playing puzzle and removing all cars that are blocking the ones in the front, garanteed parking was the only reason we chose this dump. DIRTY! The towels and sheets have stains, the floors are sticky, everything inside the rooms are falling apart, dirty or stained, and I mean everything. The location is terrifying, people defecate and urinate on the streets, the restaurants around the area have roaches, we did not feel safe (pay the extra money and stay elsewhere). The one positive is the breakfast, simple but good.

O atendimento foi muito bom, as pessoas são muito simpáticas. O ponto negativo foi a limpeza do quarto/banheiro e também o fato de não ter janelas e não disponibilizarem cobertores, dormimos com o lençol da cama.

O atendimento dos meninos da recepção foi mto bom, foram muito prestativos o tempo todo. Porém o quarto que ficamos era bem ruim. Poucas tomadas, água do chuveiro demora muito para esquentar (tivemos que pedir ajuda, pois não esquentava). O banheiro era bem ruim, tampa da privada solta, não tem uma saboneteira no box. A janela do quarto tem visão para um buraco de encanamento. Há poucos lookers para guardar as malas, considerando a quantidade de hóspedes. Quarto bem velho e mal conservado.

Infelizmente, minha experiência com a hospedagem foi bastante insatisfatória. O local apresenta diversos problemas que comprometem diretamente o conforto e a qualidade da estadia. A limpeza deixou muito a desejar, com pisos antigos e extremamente sujos. Além disso, o ar-condicionado não estava funcionando adequadamente, não havia cobertores disponíveis e o chuveiro não esquentava, impossibilitando um banho confortável. O que mais me incomodou foi a falta de disponibilidade e agilidade para solucionar esses problemas. Mesmo diante de situações básicas que deveriam ser verificadas antes da entrada dos hóspedes, não tivemos o suporte necessário durante a estadia. Considero que as condições encontradas estão muito abaixo do esperado e do que deveria ser oferecido ao hóspede. Espero que a situação seja revista e que sejam tomadas providências para que outros hóspedes não passem pela mesma experiência.

Lugar em uma localização muito boa. Estacionamento atendeu. Funcionários atenciosos. O gerente, se não me engano, Tiago, super gente boa. O menino que fica na parte da cozinha, no café da manhã, super bonzinho, mas da até dó, porque parece que é ele sozinho, ele quem repõe, ele quem retira, tudo é com ele no café da manhã. Acho que necessitava de mais um funcionário para dar uma atenção melhor a todos os hóspedes. O restante foi tranquilo, cama, ar-condicionado, etc. O valor é compatível com o que oferece. Recomendo.
