Overall we had an exceptional experience. The property is great and located in a nice location. My only concern was the smaller lift size specially for families travelling with babies and the wooden floor that makes a lot of sound when we walk which was a concern specially during the night when the baby was sleeping which made it extremely difficult to walk in the room due to noise of the floor.

From check in to check out, excellent. Couple traveling with a 2 year old, all staff always warm and welcoming, taxi's between £10-15 to most locations, but good access to bus and train routes, Locally multiple toddler friendly parks within 3-5 minutes, local supermarkets for necessities. Hotel pool is clean. Breakfast has good value for money, food is continuously topped up across all sections, breakfast operating times are really good and allows plenty of flexibility, with ample seating. The hotel room felt clean and modern throughout. The black out blinds are a great feature! Shower temperature was good and consistent! When we return in the future this will be the hotel we come back to.

Great hotel in a Madrid Suburb. The buses stop right outside the door across the street, the Metro is across the street. There are plenty of restaurants that are open late all around the hotel within walking distance. Because it is a small suburb there are plenty of pharmacies, tobacco stores, little bodegas ... it's fabulous. You can find anything you want. There was a massive heatwave happening during our visit and the air conditioning in the hotel was exceptional. If you stay the breakfast buffet is perfect!!! I would definitely stay again and I think the hotel really made me love Madrid even more.
