An interesting stay for the RWC23 to watch games in Marseille. It was quiet when we stayed and so the pool was empty and nice. Loungers are good. The apartments were acceptable, with working aircon in the downstairs and both bedrooms. Layout was a double bed and bunkbeds. Sofabed had broken slats and many of the chairs were broken. The entire resort appeared very tired. Suspect it would be very loud and poor value in summer, but for us out of season it was fine. Quiet and no one was around. Went for runs in the woods, which was great. Food at the golf course was excellent, with a wood fired pizza oven and steaks. Note that they try to charge you €10 pp extra for bedding. Not a massive amount but just feel cheated when it's added on when you arrive. This should be in the advert and Hotels.com should do more to prevent this kind of behaviour - seen similar on VRBO for gites...

Déjà j’ai demandé en amont un logement pour personnes handicapées, je me retrouve avec un logement en étage. Après négociation, on a pu en avoir en rdc seul bémol c’est écrit adapté aux personnes handicapées sauf qu’il y a une baignoire. Logement rempli de fourmi (j’ai dû acheter des pièges et un spray) et tout le long de mon séjour j’ai retrouvé des tas de fourmis mortes. Les wc n’étaient pas bien fixés au sol. La barrière du portail de la résidence était tout le temps en panne. Les lampadaires le long des allées étaient cassés donc on ne voyait rien, obligé de prendre une lampe de poche. Pour le prix il y a énormément de choses à revoir.

Bien que notre séjour ait été court, nous l'avons beaucoup apprécié. Avec ma fille et mes trois petits-enfants, nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis comme à la maison. Les enfants ont été ravis de profiter de la piscine et de l'espace qui leur est dédié. Le cadre est vraiment magnifique, avec une belle vue sur le lac et le terrain de golf, propice à la détente. Un seul petit bémol : il est regrettable que certains vacanciers ne prennent pas davantage soin des lieux communs. Laisser l'endroit propre après son passage est un geste simple qui permet à chacun de profiter pleinement de son séjour. Malgré cela, nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre passage et reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci pour votre accueil !

Llegas y te dicen que no hay sábanas ni toallas. Hay que pagarlas aparte. La piscina cierra a las 19h y no a las 20h, el bar son 2 máquinas expendedoras. El complejo parece abandonado. Telarañas en las entradas y ventanas, urge pintura en fachadas, apartamentos poco limpios y la entrada, ventanas y terraza llenas de maleza sin una mínima limpieza.

Jamais vécu cela. Un marchand de sommeil. Dés l’arrivée on comprend qu’on s’est fait arnaqué : abords catastrophiques, beaucoup de choses cassées, les belles images de l’annonce n’existent pas. C’est bien un piège. Les chambres sont dans un état très moyen. Le sketch c’est que les heures de réception c’est 16h-18h (mal aimable bien sûr) et (c’était écrit dans un endroit bien planqué de l’annonce) les draps sont en plus, evidemment lits non faits ! Le plus pitoyable est l’état catastrophique de la piscine, plus une mare aux canards. Bon courage à ceux qui restent plus d’une nuit…

Lors de mon arrivée tardive, aucune instruction claire n’avait été communiquée concernant la localisation du logement. À cela s’est ajouté un appartement extrêmement sale. Des fourmis mortes jonchaient le sol ainsi que le long des plinthes. Avant même de pouvoir m’installer, j’ai dû faire le ménage avec le peu de moyens mis à disposition : un simple balai. Aucun matériel adapté pour ramasser la saleté, absence de serpillière, seau percé, aucun produit de nettoyage (liquide vaisselle, éponge, produit pour le sol, essuie-tout, papier toilette, etc.). Le lit n’était même pas fait. Les draps et serviettes avaient simplement été déposés sur un lit sale, avec miettes et poussière. Les coussins mis à disposition sentaient mauvais et étaient jaunis. Le canapé était disloqué et très sale. Même constat pour les murs, le mobilier et la vaisselle, dans un état franchement inadmissible. Idem pour la climatisation et qui ne chauffait pas. Une véritable déception, malgré un cadre extérieur sympathique et calme à cette période de la saison. Le logement n’a absolument rien à voir avec les photos présentées sur le site. Je séjournais sur place dans le cadre professionnel pour une longue durée, mais je ne reviendrai pas. À éviter.
