Awesome Staff, especially Gabriel ... even with the transitioning and short staff, he worked very hard and helped our large group at the hotel promptly

This was our first trip to signature suites and I thought it was very good experience. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. We will definitely be back.

They are renovating. The restaurant and bar weren’t open. But that was OK for us. Didn’t use the pool, but adults and kids were using it. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was

When we checked in, our room was on the very top floor. My friend had a panic attack because it was so high up and it freaked her out the way the rails were right outside our room door. Went down to ask if we could get a room on a lower level because she was having a hard time. They gave us a room lower down and in the corner where you couldn't see over the ledge. They were so nice and helpful and I appreciate that they took the time to change the room for us. Breakfast was amazing, room was clean, beds were cozy, staff was nice!! Wifi wouldn't connect but no biggie because I brought my hotspot lol. All the bad reviews I've read made me very hesitant to stay here but I'm glad I didn't listen to them and stayed anyways!! Would stay again in the future:)

First thing, be prepared to get an additional $15 fee when checking in. Seems a bit much for a hotel that is not located in an area that has other parking options. The first room i was give had a toilet that would not stop running and the AC was not blowing cold. They quickly provided a new room that was operational. I could see they were doing renovations on some of the rooms, but no details. The 2nd room lacked shampoo and soap, however I was able to get by with the bar soap and pumping the shampoo several times. Breakfast was good. Fresh eggs, bacon, toast. Highlight of the stay.

Great hotel for the price, you have to understand they are going through a change of names so that takes time. But over all everything was great, I’ll be staying again when I come back to see my cowboys!!!

We stayed there this past weekend and it wasn't bad their AC went out and our room was literally 80 degrees and they did nothing to help with that. Only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast But allowing your guests to stay in 80 degree rooms is not ok

Rooms were super outdated, which was fine. They just looked dirty. The a/c didn’t work, when I let staff know she said she would let maintenance know. I asked her when, she said she didn’t know how long I’d take. He came quickly & said the a/c wasn’t working so we could move rooms. The next room was just as hot as the first one. When I let staff know she just said “oh” and I told her I may find somewhere else to stay for the night & she said okay that she understood. I called different hotels that night was quotes over $200 for a night so we had no choice but to stay there that night.

There was so much wrong with this property starting at check-in. Staff had to hop between 2 different computers, said the bare minimum to me, and gave me a key with a sticky note on it that had the room number. Then, the key scanner did not work, and I tried to call the front desk multiple times but each time the call did not patch through after selecting the option to call the front desk. I had to return to the front desk, then meet the maintenance person back at my room. The whole experience was awful, but maybe that's their Signature. Once I was finally in the room, I noticed there weren't any wash cloths. I ended up using a hand towel to bathe, and the ceiling in the shower was much lower than in the room, so I felt cramped. After showering, I tried connecting to the hotel's wifi but it was not working, either. Then when getting into bed, one side was fully sunken and extremely uncomfortable. I moved over, but could feel the coils in the mattress. One of the big reasons I booked that hotel was for the hot tub, but it wasn't even working. I left in the morning, and booked a much nicer hotel in the Market District of Dallas for a lower rate. I suggest you do the same.

When I showed up there was an issue with the booking saying I didn't pay but I did and had a receipt. Still made me wait 45 mins calling hotels.com to clear it up. The A/c was broken im my room but at that point I was so tired I just went to bed. It was 78 degrees all night. In the morning there was water pouring from the shower light fixture. The hotel looks really nice and is very cool atmosphere. I feel if I had stayed longer these issues would have been solved but this was an one night stay after landing from the airport at 12 am so I can rest be for driving home 3 hours away. It didnt do the trick. I specifically picked a more expensive place (140 after tax) to not have these type of issues.

We arrived and there was only one clerk working. There was a line of people trying to check in. They had no manager on staff all weekend. The entire building had no air conditioner. The staff didn’t notify anyone prior to check in about the AC issue. When asked about an ETA to fix it the staff was rude and stand offish. They said if we had a problem we could call a number but there would be no refunds and no information about fixing the AC. It was 108 degrees outside and the rooms were 85 degrees. She offered a fan but said only one because the power would go out in the room. Around 11 the front office staff stated that the AC was fixed and the rooms would start cooling in an hour. We spent all night sweating in the rooms. In the morning the front office staff, which were different than the night before said they didn’t understand why we were lied to about the AC and that if we wanted we could call a number to get help. Ridiculous, to think people would spend so much money on a room and sleep under those conditions. My children, my husband and I were exhausted. This was the most horrible experience. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The room was clean and staff was great. The hot tub was cold and the pool was cloudy. After working a 17hr bar shift the day before at a music festival my partner and I really needed that hot tub to ease the day before pains but no such luck. It was a real bummer. Also I went to 4 different floors and non of the ice machines (that appeared brand new) were setup and working. I would give them another chance because the beds were comfy and room was clean and AC was cold
