Great affordable option for Vienna. Spacious room with everything you need (even a hairdryer which I didn’t expect in a hostel!). We pushed the twin beds together and they kept sliding apart during the night but otherwise all good. Close to the main station so very convenient for travelling and for the Spar supermarket.

Hotel is ok if you really want a cheap hotel near Vienna’s central train station. Somewhat unclean, check in took a long time, bed and especially the pillows were very uncomfortable, towels were awful, and loud noises could be heard in the room. Location is ideal near the train station.

Its like 5mins walk to main trainstation where theres a lot of dine in places and shops to get your needs oj your stay plus 18 mins to airport, a family friendly hotel, very affordable and suits for backpackers travellers We will definitely book again if come back next time

Needs more staff and proper check in service. Waited an hour because they never provided the right booking number and in the evening had to wait 45 minutes for a drink. Manager and other employee just stood there watching while one girl that was working to help. Never offered to help anyone. Washer and dryers were broken. Was very near to central station which made it easy to get to Vienna airport. Didnt like the check in process. Couldnt find a booking reference, one member of staff didnt want to help. Second member of staff found my booking reference then sent me back to the self check.in which was long winded when it was late with two tired kids.

The room was very good. It was clean, spacious and washrooms were also good with necessary amenities. But, the checkin took so long that we had to be in a que for almost an hour or more. I think it's because of the new year but still they shoukd have done necessary arrangements. Later at night, the heater for room was not working and that too in winter and snow. We asked them if they could do anything about it, but their reply was that there are no rooms available, so they can't do anything. I felt like it was not at all right.

It is not a hotel it’s a hostel. If you are travelling with family please don’t stay at this property. Staff is like robots. No fans and air circulation in the room. It’s like a jail room. Furniture is so tightly placed there is no circulation space at all. Only one plus point is that it is near to the Wein central train station that’s it. Thank you.

The location was excellent and the place itself was comfortable, but the coffee was terrible. The customer service was also very poor. It feels like the hotel is run by people who don’t want to be there. I understand the self-service concept, but sometimes their own system doesn’t work and someone needs to assist. The least you expect is a friendly attitude, not to be treated as if you’re a burden. On top of that, my plan included breakfast, but it didn’t show in their system, so I had to pay extra.
