I stayed for 5 days in the Katerina Caldera View Studio which overlooked the beautiful Aegean Sea with the sunset directly in front of the property. It was quiet and peaceful compared to the tourist packed Fira which was 15-20min walk away. The owners treated us like family and welcomed us. The property provided free breakfast and free mini bar. I enjoyed the sunset from the balcony with a beer. Highly recommended place!

Smaro Studios is probably the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in - clean, comfortable, friendly staff, and incredible views! The property was a bit hard to find because the signs on the Caldera are for 'Santorini Sea View' - but once I found it staff were there and happy to show me to my room. Great experience!

Loved the gorgeous view of the Mediterranean Sea. A welcoming staff upon arrival with a pot of coffee, juice or tea. The coffee was absolutely delicious along with the instant packs. A full breakfast served daily on your terrace. Robes, slippers, blow dryer & complimentary fruit & wine along with water, coke & beer in the refrigerator. Tea kettle provided as well. Was at lovely stay with a nice staff!!

Great stay at Smaro Studios in the luxury suite! Looks better in real life than in pictures, immaculately clean, beautiful view and fairly private as well. Breakfast brought to the patio every morning was wonderful and different each day - omelettes, pancakes, fresh fruits, coffee etc. They are able to store luggage as well. Located in Firostefani away from all the hustle and bustle of Fira, but within 10-15 min walking distance from the numerous restaurants and the bus station in Fira. Highly recommended property and great value for the price.

From the amazing location to the breathtaking views and super luxurious suit our experience with the owners was nothing sort of amazing! I will be returning and staying here again. When I say there is so much to do in the area from shopping to eateries and clubs are all walking distance. We stayed in the exclusive suite which had a shower downstairs and one upstairs with an open concept.The bed was super comfortable and the water got super hot in the shower . Unfortunately, for the jacuzzi that wasn’t the case it was warm no where near hot. But everything else about this property was top tier. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This was probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. First of all the location is perfect. It is very close to Fira and all the shops but Firostefani is quieter and the hotel is tucked away in a street that most tourists don’t visit. The view of the caldera is stunning. On top of that the hotel staff were very sweet and accommodating. We arrived on an early flight and they gave us breakfast while we waited for check in. Breakfast was delivered throughout the stay on a large tray to the patio. It was delicious and I think they took it as a personal challenge to give us more food than we could eat. We were also given complimentary Vinsanto wine that I’m still thinking about. The suite itself was amazing. We had a two story room with a private hot tub. One of the coolest experiences was sitting in the hot tub and sipping Vinsanto with that view. Honestly, no complaints. This was our honeymoon stay and it was absolutely perfect.

Smaro Studios is a gem! Mike; the owner is amicable and endearing. He shared the history of his beloved grandmother Smaro and the significance of honoring his family heritage which is now also his business brand in the hospitality industry. The studio is perfectly nestled alongside the magnificent Caldera cliffs. The room is impeccably clean and well maintained! Breakfast a daily feast is served on your own private patio overlooking the Aegean Sea and some of the most exhilarating views endlessly stretched out for miles. Above one’s head literally is the famous To Briki restaurant. An April stay in Santorini guarantees a reservation or a walk in. The food here is delectable! Both your palate and your stomach will simultaneously dance as they engage in the tantalizingly fresh well flavored selections. Octopus and Mousakka are a must have! The staff is attentive and after dining there multiple times they become your extended family! Also within walking distance is Mama Thira, another amazing restaurant with fresh fish selections! Your server will even debone your fish upon serving! You can also walk to Fira easily from Smaro Studios. You will be mesmerized for miles as you inhale the breathtakingly awe inspiring views. The shopping in Fira is exceptional! Run, don’t walk book Santorini now! This has been one of the most amazing vacations ever; definitely ten out of ten! Do go to Santorini and stay at Smaro Studios your heart will thank you for it💕

Her sabah cok cesitli ve lezzetli kahvaltimiz balkonumuza geldi. Balkon manzaramiz gemide gibi hissettiriyordu. O kadar guzeldi ki gezmek yerine balkonda oturup manzarayi izlemeyi bile dusunduk. Odada her sey dusunulmustu, bornozlar, vucut ve yuz havlulari vardi ve hepsi tertemizdi. Banyo odanin en ucunda olmasina ragmen havalandirma sayesinde kotu koku asla yoktu. Kahvaltiya ek olarak bircok icecek odada bulunuyordu ve hepsi ikramdi. Calisanlar cok sicakkanli ve ilgiliydi. Son olarak, otel merkeze ve otobus duraklarina cok yakindi ve cevresinde cok guzel restoranlar var. Bir sonraki gezimizde kesinlikle bu otelde kalmayi planliyoruz.
