Reception shut down a d we were redirected to another hotel to book in. They were less than helpful and double charged us. We then had to chase to be reimbursed. Room was pokey and over priced.

For the price a good location and would choose again.

The hotel staff seemed to make assumptions and judgments without first verifying the facts. Their initial response and attitude gave the impression that guests of different ethnic backgrounds may be treated differently, which made the experience uncomfortable and disappointing.

Dommage.

Unfreundlichster Check-in ever.
