Friendly staff from reception to room attendants made it a pleasant hotel stay. I have stayed at quite a few Angeles hotels over the past three years and this is the best for location. Most of the others required a taxi or trike to get into the city. This hotel is walking distance to a supermarket, fruit market, pharmacy and good cafes .

Very helpful & courteous staff. Clean beddings & room. Loc is near stores & places to buy cheap foods. Less 1-star for the small shower area & showerhead right in the middle of shower area.

Overall a good value and location. The only thing is like many hotels in SE Asia what they call a window many times is no more than a view of an internal vertical shaft

Very nice and confortable place.

It is a very nice, confortable, quiet and affordable hotel. The staff is very friendly. The only thing that worries me is that they change every day really all the bedding, even the blankets. Such a waist.

The staff is very friendly, courteous and helpful. The bed was quite hard so my fiancee and myself weren't too crazy about that. The location is fairly convenient to whatever your food choices are. There are different forms of transportation available. Overall I would definitely recommend.

I had a very positive experience during my four-day, three-night stay. The hotel offers great value with its affordable pricing, and my room was clean and well-maintained. The entire staff was consistently friendly and eager to assist. Every time I returned, the security guard would kindly open the door. When I asked for attraction recommendations and help booking local tours, the staff were proactive and patient. A particular highlight was their assistance with phone calls, as I didn't have a local Philippine number. The location is excellent, just a short distance from SM City. Furthermore, the room layout and bathroom matched the online photos perfectly, which I really appreciated.
