Pros: Spacious airy room Room with a/c. & TV Good working hot shower Large towels Comfortable clean bed Cons: Waste bin not emptied Bits of gravel on the floor No shelf for shampoo / soap in shower. 2 flights of stairs to climb ( not a problem for myself) Breakfast limited to packet croissant & toast but good coffee & tea.

We stayed at B&B Prime Sant Agostino for one night while visiting Pisa and it was a great option for a short stay. Our room was spotlessly clean and was a good size for the four of us for one night. The air conditioning worked really well, which was much appreciated after arriving late on a hot evening. Our flight arrived on time, but there was a lengthy wait at passport control, the host kindly waited for us to arrive after 10pm, which we really appreciated. Check-in was easy and welcoming despite the late hour. There were tea and coffee facilities available in a small kitchen area outside the room, and you could help yourself, which was a nice touch. The continental breakfast was a little limited, but for the price we paid for one night, we felt it was perfectly adequate and good value overall. A clean, comfortable and reasonably priced place to stay if you’re visiting Pisa for a short break. We would happily stay again.
