6/10 Buena

**A lovely stay, with a few things to improve** The hotel has just been renovated, and overall, I had a genuinely pleasant stay. The rooms are small, but this is Paris — I've certainly seen smaller ones! The staff are a bit of a mixed bag: some don't speak English, while others are exceptionally warm, welcoming, and willing to go out of their way to help. What really stood out was the feeling of being a genuinely welcome guest. You could tell that the team cared and was doing its best to make the stay enjoyable. And the bed! Absolutely wonderful, with incredibly comfortable pillows. I will genuinely miss them. There are, however, a few things that need attention: - **Shower:** The water was barely warm, and sometimes almost cold. - **Bathroom door:** It opens inward, making it surprisingly difficult to get into such a small space. A sliding door would be a much more practical solution. - **Drainage:** Every morning, there was a very strong, unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain. - **Soundproofing:** The room's entrance door lets through virtually every sound from the corridor, making mornings quite noisy. Overall, despite these issues, I left with a very positive impression, largely thanks to the warmth and genuine hospitality of the staff. With a few practical improvements, this could be a really lovely little hotel.

Great location, about 7 mins from Moulin Rouge and close to cafes and transport. Staff where helpful when asked, lift is tiny and in a triangle so not best for big people or with big luggage. Room was small but we were not in it allot, only scary bit was the shower which was in need of replacement and the bath felt like it was going to fall through, bit scary.

Personnel attentif

Sejour très agréable dans cet hôtel. La chambre et l'ascenceur étaient un peu petits, mais... c'est Paris. Le personnel, particulièrement à la réception, est exceptionnellement aimable et attentif aux clients, cela mérite d'être signalé

This hotel was just across the road from Place de Clichy metro station. It's a busy area but the hotel is convenient with pleasant and helpful English speaking staff. Breakfast was nicely presented with a good range of items. Would recommend.
