The rook was very clean when we arrived and we were so grateful for the ac being on when we came! The only wish was that they had a microwave in the room (it is available to used when asked tho, we’re just lazy haha) and the water to be hotter. This is a basic motel in Wynola. I needed to contact front office for check-in code as it wasn't provided at check-in time (Keyless entrance). Parking is easy and right in front of room. Rooms are large and beds comfortable. If spending the day in Julian, this is a good option when all Julian lodging is booked.

Its a very nice and basic place to stay. Its on par with the rest of the hotels in the Julian area. Nothing fancy but it works great for coming back to recharge and get rest for the activities for the next day. The staff was very nice and helpful. Easy check in and check out process.
