객실이 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 바다전망에 베란다에 있는 월풀욕조까지 매우 훌륭했습니다. 직원분들도 불편함 없이 친절했었습니다. 강추 호텔이고 다음에 강원도 쪽에 놀러가면 또 이용할 것 같습니다~

두번째 방문입니다 청소가 너무 안되는거 같아요 샷시 틈은 그렇다 치더라도 바닥이 물티슈로 한번 훑었는데 흙색이었어요 바다 뷰나 자쿠지는 정말 훌륭합니다 바닥 물걸레질만 한번 해주세요!!!!!!!!!

수페리어 더블룸 오션뷰 2박했습니다. 더블침대 2개 있어요. 방이 하나, 가려져있는 방 하나. 주방이 있으나 취사는 안되지만, 포장해와서 먹을때 설겆이 가능해서 좋았어요. 전다렌지, 냉장고 있고.. 주차 편했고.. 자쿠지 이용도 편했습니다.

[장점] 1. 신축건물로 깨끗합니다. 2. 낙산 비치 번화가(?)와 도보로 걸어가도 될만큼 가깝습니다. 3. 해변백사장에 근접하여 아침 산책하기 좋습니다. 4. 비치뷰 룸은 조망이 좋습니다. 5. 주차공간 충분합니다. [기타] 1. 콘도가 아니라 호텔이므로 공용화장실이 별도로 없습니다. 룸 실내에만 화장실이 있습니다. 백사장에 산책나간 손님들을 위해 1층 로비에는 별도의 공용화장실이 있으면 좋겟습니다. (혹시 있는지는 저도 모르겟슴)

2박을 묵었는데 전화해서 청소부탁드린다 하니 규정상 연박인 경우 청소를 해주지 않는 규정이 있다네요 연박한다고 할인을 해주는것도 아니고 이해할수가 없네요 응대하는 여직원도 오히려 자기가 언성을 높여 너무 기분이 나빴어요 자꾸지를 이용하는데 위에층이 너무 잘보여 옷입고 물에 들어갔어요 개선이 필요한부분이네요

바다전망이 다 보이고 발코니에는 자쿠지에서 바다는 더멋지네요 아직까지 인덕션이나 세탁기는 사용불가네요 여러번 숙박했지만 요점이 개선됐으면합니다 낙산해수욕장이 바로앞이라 편리해요
