Very spacious. The view is amazing with a nice balcony.

Great location, center of Rotterdam shopping area and sights. 1 minute walk to tram station. 15 minute tram ride to Rotterdam port. Looks to be an older building but with nice modern decor and open floorplan. Had everything we needed in the bathroom and kitchen as tourists. I was able to drop off luggage with front desk prior to check-in. Can hear busy street noise at night if the window is open but blocks out noise pretty good if closed. Great view on the upper levels. Enjoyed our stay.

Not easy to park the car. The lobby is dirty and the furniture is worn. The apartment is large and has a nice view but the price is way above what it is worth. There is a lot of maintenance needed in this apartment. There was silverfish in the bathroom. Silicone was mouldy. It should be more clean.

Young guy at check-in was very efficient and helpful....corner studio apartment on the 7th floor was really nice.....great views and plenty of living space.....fittings and equipment are all hi-specification (Allesi...Miele...etc). Location couldn't be better...handy for all the shops and a supermarket, all less than 3 minutes walk from the building entrance. Great feature to have a laundry room in the building which is cheap to use....and you don't need to buy detergent! Definitely will stay there again....oh, nearly forgot, half the daily cost of Citizen M nearby and with 10 times bigger room!!

8/10 Very good

The hotel is in a great location for transit and shopping. The rooms are generally clean but very dated. Studio 108 on the 5th floor has the toilet and shower in two separate areas. Both are in bad need of repair. This room is also very noisy as the tram is right outside. There are much better hotels in the same general area. I would not recommend this property,

The room was clean but only one hand towel and no bath mat. Managed to resolve this by getting in touch with the reception. Location is perfect!

6/10 Good

This place has seen better days. We had a big apartment with a lovely view but other than that it was pretty grimy. The front office staff were fine, though not overly friendly. The real issue is the state of the apartment, it's in complete disrepair, exposed pipes coming out of walls, huge damage to other walls. Good location and functional enough but needs a good update.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay at Urban Residences a lot. Ting Ting and the other receptionists were always very kind and helpful. Location was great and the studio was very spacious for 2 people. Loved the open views. Having a parking facility in the building is certainly a plus and it's cheaper than other nearby parkings.
