I just stayed 2 nights. The room was very basic but very clean... too clean! There was an unbearable smell of bleach, like sleeping in a chemical factory. I had to run the fan all night, but I still couldn't sleep. My nose and throat are still irritated today.

appreciated cleanliness - my room tiny with adequately large shower in ok bathroom, reasonably comfortable bed, room for luggage under bed as well as in a small closet, very quiet in interesting basement location with a window for fresh air opening into a tiny foyer open to the sky, can hear morning trains rumbling underneath (didn't bother me), kettle provided also a de-humidifier (didn't work but not needed) -- good value for that location.

Staff was wonderful! Great location. That said, the room was ridiculously small. You couldn't open the bathroom door without banging a twin bed. A large or handicapped person could not use this room. No AC although a small fan saved us during the recent London warm spell. They should post room dimensions to let you know what you're getting. My estimate is we had 2 twins in a 10x10

Okay, considering how expensive London is (especially during August), I'm glad this affordable option exists for travellers. The best thing about this hotel is the location (it's in Central London, and you can easily catch the tube to go wherever you need). The gentleman at the desk was very friendly, too. However, my husband and I were in an incredibly cramped room with hardly any space to move around in. There was no air conditioning (just a fan), so, you can imagine hot unbearably hot it got during a heat wave. The bathroom was also super cramped, and the toilet seat was not screwed in properly. It was affordable, but, to be honest... it probably should have been even cheaper. It wasn't a fun place to stay in.

This hotel, one of many small, several stories high, attached townhouse-like buildings, is a short walking distance from King's Cross underground station, the Piccadilly line of which goes right to Heathrow, so it is conveniently located. The Camden neighborhood it is in has charm and good restaurants and pubs. That said, the interior of the hotel is quite worn, and there is no lockbox, baggage room, elevator, or A/C. My top-floor, back-facing room did have a fan, and a window view of a lovely trees.

Very tiny and shower is a bit like a camping unit? But clean, well kept and location could not be better for St Pancras, Kings Cross Station. No elevator, but staff helped us take our luggage to second floor. It is perfect for a night before or after an early morning train or late incoming train.
