Good Location & Helpful Staff – But Property Needs Renovation
I recently stayed with my family at Clubhouse Nami Residency, Ahmedabad in August 2026.
The location is really good. The Sabarmati Riverfront is within walking distance, which was very convenient. The view from the property is okay, although you can see a hospital right in front of the hotel.
The main area that needs improvement is the **age and maintenance of the property**. The hotel feels quite old, and I strongly feel that they should consider replacing or upgrading the **towels, bathroom accessories, bathroom tiles, furniture, bed linen and bedsheets**. Fresh and newer linen would make a big difference to the overall experience. The property has good potential if these things are upgraded.
On the positive side, the hotel staff was very supportive and cooperative. I had to change my booking dates, and the hotel team happily helped me with the change and made the process smooth.
The only difficulty I faced was with Expedia. The hotel does not seem to have a direct email address or proper phone contact details easily available on Google, which made communication a little difficult. I would suggest the property rectify and update their contact information online.
Another positive was the complimentary breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise and something I really appreciated.
Overall Experience: Good 👍
Despite the property being a little old, the good location, supportive staff overall comfortable.
