10/10 Exceptional

Amet Boutique Hotel is a hidden gem. All the family was involved in the service of their guests. Everyone was kind and friendly. The rooms were simple yet comfortable. The provided breakfast was just as good as many places I’ve visited around the world. I recommend this place for a comfortable stay.

6/10 Good

The check-in staff was great. We up-graded to a room with a king size bed and I had no problem paying the difference when I checked out. They said that the restaurant and staff would open and on duty until 8pm. I went downstairs just before 7pm and the restaurant was closed and nobody was around. There was also no hot water in our room. It wasn't cold, but it was only room temperature. When I went to check out, I told them the problems we experienced and the guy said..."Lo siento" (I'm sorry) and still wanted me to pay the $410 peso difference. I paid the bill and trust me...we won't be returning...
