Rooms are spacious, clean and very cozy. Staff is very supportive and attentive. We had some troubles with WiFi but it wasn’t a big deal. Definitely would recommend.

Very disappointing, especially regarding safety. The lift was not working during our stay, so we had to use the emergency staircase. The stairs were extremely narrow, dark and difficult to use, and I found them genuinely unsafe and hazardous, particularly while carrying luggage. This was a major concern and significantly affected our stay. The room was also extremely small, with virtually no space to open our suitcases comfortably. For the same budget, we stayed at much better hotels during our time in Istanbul, with more comfortable rooms and better facilities. I also found it uncomfortable that hotel staff were frequently standing around the entrance, which did not create a particularly welcoming or professional atmosphere. The unsafe emergency staircase was by far the biggest issue and something I believe future guests should be aware of.

Her sey cok iyiydi. Oda çok temiz , konforluydu. Park problemi yoktu, otelin kendine ait ucretsiz yeri var. Calisan arkadaslar cok ilgililerdi. isim dolayisi ile surekli otellerde kaliyorum, Cogu "marka" hotellerden daha iyi bir konaklama sagladim. Lokasyon olarak zaten cok iyi bir lokasyonda.
