Comentarios. Ascensor sin funcionar varios días. Cerradura de entrada al apartamento falla (se notificó). Deberían incluir algunos elementos de cocina, como licuadora, afilar los cuchillos. El apartamento no tiene lavadora que estaba incluida en la oferta. Nos atendieron con eficiencia el lavado de ropa. Salvo esos comentarios estamos muy satisfechos. Volveríamos al tener oportunidad.

It's a good-sized 2-bed 2-bath apartment. Very basically furnished, this is not a place you will spend a huge amount of time - and that's not why we were there. It's a place to sleep and with enough room for friends to have their own space. Vinyl-covered couch really needs changed. It's not comfy, particularly in hot weather. It's presumably a sofa bed as the cushion is sinking into the space below. Not a relaxing experience sitting on that. Wifi router dropped out a few times. 4G coverage good, but eats your data. Restart of router solved the problem quickly. Ensuite is very tight - tiny shower cubicle with curtain - but family bathroom a good size, with over-bath shower. Valancia has everything, and we were ideally located. We got the Metro from the airport and walked from Xativa station (15 mins with cases). We walked to most of the sights - the old town, the centre of arts/sciences. We got the public bus to the port and beach for 1.50€ (#95 goes from the Tower at the top of the road) Didn't bother with the hop-on-hop-off bus as everything is accessible.

This is an "upscale hostel", with plenty of backpackers. Beware the sound proofing is not the best, don't be surprised by listening to people talking in the building at 4 am. The rooms we had were large enough, the tiny balcony a nice touch. Kitchen is truly great, with all the utensils and fridge space for 4 to 6 people. Location is OUTSTANDING, Valencia's graceful past is within walking distance, car traffic is almost non-existent. On-site manager was somewhat in a bad mood, but his subordinates were extremely welcoming and cheerful. Great memories, despite the sleepless nights spent there.

Great neighborhood but avoid at all costs. The people who manages it are ..... The most inhospitable people. They don't even make effort to help and they charge you extra if you arrive late and they falsely advertise about having laundry facilities and if you ask them they will not help at all, towels are old , hooks fall off the wall .... It's bad
