I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean, modern, and beautifully decorated. Everything looked new and well maintained. Great apartment. It was recently refurbished so everything was brand new. Staff were super helpful and replied within a few minutes. Great location about a 10 minute walk to Westfield shopping center and Shepherd’s Bush underground station. Highly recommend staying here.

There were a lot of stairs, if you are young this is not a deterrent. The d typer portion of the washer/dryer combo was confusing, we asked for help with this and the response was very quick, however after using the dryer the clothes were still not dry, not sure we were using it correctly. The location was close to the tube which gets you anywhere you need to go. Very clean, modern, looks very new. It had everything we needed.

This is a hidden gem! A beautiful, new apartment in a safe, quiet neighbourhood. We were glad for the washing machine, kitchen and having a separate bedroom for when the kid goes to sleep! Great shower, Easy walk to Shepherds Bush station. The check-in procedure is fine as long as you can call a UK number, and we appreciated the 11am check out time. Definitely recommend for families with kids. Ceilings are a bit thin so we could hear walking above us.

We stayed for one night as a family of four for a concert at Wembley Stadium. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication was great after booking and the guy that met us to check us in was very helpful and made sure that we understood how everything worked. The apartment is modern and in a great location which felt safe and close to public transport. We parked at Westfield which was a 10 minute walk. The overground and underground stations are also a 10 minute walk. The shower was great, the bed and sofa bed were comfortable and all of the bedding was good quality and in perfect condition. All appliances were like new and you could stay here for a longer stay and have everything you need to feel at home. The only minor problem that we found was that the apartment was really hot but we were staying during a heatwave and two very powerful fans were provided. You can also open the windows in the living area and bedrooms to cool the place down if needed. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend to others too. Thank you for a great stay!

It was nice and easy to get in and out, small but comfy for a week. The apartment was nice and clean, there was new dishes for us to use. We helped ourselves to the dish washer and the washing machine. Easy to use and really helpful. The owners responded in a short amount of time every time we had a question or in the need of help. Although some of the sockets in the living room didn’t work. Thin walls but the neighbors didn’t cause any ruckus. The apartment is nice and close to the shopping mall and it was perfect for us. Really nice staying here might be back!

Hvis lejlighed skulle have haft fem stjerner, skulle der have været lidt mere køkkenudstyr, vi måtte sætte en opvask over hver dag, da der kun var fire tallerkener fire glas med videre. Ellers så var resten rigtig fint og i orden. Lækkert badeværelse, pænt og rent alle steder. Kunne godt have brugt lidt mere plads til tøj og kufferter Set i baglyset skulle vi have haft to værelser, da sovesofa inde i stuen, gjorde det lidt svært at benytte stuen ordentligt. Og der ikke var noget sted at gøre af tøj og kufferter i stuen. Det lå i ti minutters gå afstand til s-toget ind til centrum, det ligger tæt på Notting Hill, så det kræver at man tager s-toget for at komme til den anden side af London.

Dejlig moderne lejlighed. God rummelighed til 6 personer og 2 badeværelser. Det kunne godt være mere service i lejligheden. Det er nødvendigt at vaske op efter hvert måltid og den ene gryde kunne ikke bruges på induktionskomfuret, så vi havde kun 2 små kasseroller til 6 personer.

내가 좀 깔끔한 편이라서, 청소 상태는 완벽하다고 말할 수 없었지만, 무난한 편. 체크인 할 때 연락이 좀 늦게 되서 20분 정도 기다림. 숙소 위치는 괜찮은 편인데, 역까지 거리가 있어서 짐 들고 이동할 때는 택시 불렀음. 음식점과 거리가 있어서 역 근처에서 먹고 들어옴. 엘베 없어서 체크인/아웃 할 때 짐 옮기느라 개고생. 하지만 직원이 도와줌. 진짜 눈물나게 고마웠음. 세탁기, 식세기, 커피 머신, 다리미 까지 다 있음. 심지어 비밀번호 도어락이었음! 호텔과 달리 수건은 빨아서 써야 함. 청소도 알아서 해야함. 중간에 청소 한번 부탁 했는데, 매니저가 누락해서 다음날 했음. 그 점이 조금 아쉬웠음. 윗집에 악동들이 묵고 있어서 엄청 시끄러웠고, 주말엔 주변에 젊은이들이 파티를 하는지 시끄러웠음. 근데 몇시간만 참으면 됨. 그 외에 다 괜찮아요!! 장단점이 명확해서... 그냥 영국 가정집 느낌 내고 싶으면 강추! 호텔의 편리함을 생각한다면 비추...
