Don’t let the lower floors throw you off. Once we took the elevator to the hotel floor it was a very nice lobby with a beautiful view. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that we saw mold on the bottom of the wall in the corner. Didn’t notice it till the next morning. Still would stay again.

My husband and I stayed for 1 night here while in Busan and we’re glad it was only one night. Location: It was located floors above a fish market/ restaurants. It is a great location because it is walking distance from the beach, restaurants, convenience stores, cafes, and Blueline Park. Property: The elevator to go the lobby, was dilapidated with uneven, patched up floors. The lobby looked clean and was next to a cute cafe overlooking Haeundae Beach. Staff: The staff spoke some English but weren’t very friendly. My husband was questioned about who he was after exiting the room and walking around the lobby/ cafe. We left our luggage when it was too early to check in and the storage area was a small closet space. When we came back 3 minutes before the front desk was supposed to be closed to fully check in, there was no staff to be seen. There was a self check in kiosk that gave us our room key but we were worried about our bags. Fortunately, after scanning in into the locked hallway of hotel rooms and the closet that had our bags, we noted that the closet with our bags was unlocked. Room: We had a great view of the ocean but there was a walkway right outside the window and there was a handyman walking through it multiple times during the morning so we had to keep the blinds closed. There was no mention of maintenance. There was black mold on the wall of the entrance in the room. The wallpaper on the walls were coming off. There was red stains on the bedsheets.
