Absolutely unacceptable. We arrived with a confirmed and fully paid reservation, and the hotel simply refused to honor it. We did not cancel — the hotel refused our valid booking. To make matters worse, the reception staff could not communicate with us in any language other than Turkish, making an already terrible situation even more frustrating. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Avoid this hotel.

Çok kötü hiç tavsiye etmiyorum kesinlikle buradan o da kiralamayın 2800 TL rezervasyon yaptım öncelikle bana 401 nolu o da verildi temizlik yapılmamıştı her yer birbirindeeydi ben bunu aşağı inip bildirdim yetişemediklerini söylediler yeni bir oda verdiler 208 nolu odaya geçtim odanın kapısının kilidi kilit bile değil odadaki eşyalar eski lavaboda ayna yok ayna sökülmüş vaziyette idi duşa kabin yok o da sökülmüş bir şekilde idi bunları da bildirdiğimde bana odayı değiştirmeyeceğini Duşakabin olmamasının sebebini de mimarının öyle tasarladığını söylediler dalga geçer gibi yani iadeyi istedim kalmadım otelde ama hala ücretimi iade etmiyorlar sakın sakın arkadaşlar buradan o da rezerve etmeyin
