Overall nice place and staff but EXTREMELY misleading. It says it's on a private beach with cabanas but LISTEN TO THE NAME DEEP FOREST. The beach was not accessible. There's only one restaurant despite saying there's multiple. There's no hot tub either. The decor was great and I believe it was a slow season so it would was quiet, but I emailed hotels.com due to being so disappointed and got a partial refund.

This isn’t a luxury hotel, but that’s exactly its charm. It feels like home—relaxed, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming.

Clean, excellent, friendly, helpful, staff service, from reception to bar/restaurant. Food was good, nice clean pool area. Good value for money. Abut scruffy on approach, but don't let that put you off.

4/10 Fair

Overall, from checking in where staff was minimally helpful to being absent in the restaurant area and almost avoidant most9f the time. This place has potential with its eclectic vibe and central pool and restaurant area but needs to have staff that enjoy their position and want to be actively engaged.

Cute spot with friendly staff

Deep Forest Garden Inn was a very nice stay. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and did the job for a single night. As well as the pool and garden area was very nice too. The only downside was that the location didn't have many shops or restaurants within walking distance. Overall a great stay
