The hotel was amazing, right off the beach and located near everything making it very convenient for just walking distance. The rooms where clean also had a balcony that over looked the ocean which made for a great view in the morning. The staff was great. The hotel had a pool as well.

Good solid place for a budget price. Good view. Kitchenette was lacking in some basics like dishwashing detergent, but had plates sponges etc and we liked the full size fridge. The Murphy bed was easier and more comfy then a sofa bed. Overall it was clean and quiet and I enjoyed our stay.

Not bad for a lower mid-scale hotel on the beach. Nothing "fancy," although the in-room jacuzzi tub was a nice touch. It worked, but the lights overhead didn't, and it took some time and planning to maximize its use since it took awhile to fill. We visited as the weather started turning colder, so trying to use the heat lead to setting the smoke detector off. (Fortunately, it didn't set the sprinkler off too...) Room service was responsive and provided the extra sheets and towels we needed - once I got the room phone hooked up again, since the outlet plate was disconnected from the wall. In the end, I got a basic room with a tub upgrade and beach view through windows with water spots. Not the worst, not the best.

This hotel was sufficient for one night. The location is great. Views from the balcony are amazing. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms had ample space. The elevator was really fast for an older hotel. There is only one elevator, but we never had to wait for it. It would have been nice to have breakfast, but not a deal breaker for me. My only complaints were that the toilet in our room #604 had black mold around the bottom and it rocked back and forth when you sat on it. The blow dryer in the room #601 was melted. There was a roach in both of the rooms that we rented. Would I stay there again? Probably. Like I said the beds were very comfy and it was very convenient. The parking was tight but sufficient. Other than the roach problem, the room seemed to be pretty clean.

The stay was ok BUT the whole place needs an overhaul. It is just old and it appears no one wants to spend money on it. One elevator, no ice machines working, old stained carpet, needs major paint job. The folks running the place were nice. Please renovate this winter cause you sure charge big money to stay so ownership has to have plenty of money. Its kind of funny there is a sign on check in desk that says "please give us a good review". Our biggest issue was the pot smell all the time. Again a sign says " no smoking or vaping of any kind in building". So much for that!! In closing we dont think we will return....

If you want a full oceanfront view do not book a king bed with a jetted tub. The building has a wall that protrudes to your right and blocks your view including view of the pier. Stay in a room without a whirlpool in your room and you will love it there.
