Brand new place- very clean and location was amazing! Short walk to Reforma (Angel). Common area had water and espresso machine, which was a nice touch. The room was extremely comfortable- had mini fridge and microwave. This would be a great option for a longer stays. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Would stay here again!

Luis was great, greeted and welcomed us. The room was perfect very comfortable and clean. Complimentary drinks and nespresso coffee. The beds, pillows and sheets were very comfy. Great location, good staff and great hotel. Decent amenities in what is apparently a fairly new hotel. Some minor issues around the construction of the hotel. Several interior doors don’t close b/c the door jams were wonky, several cabinet doors were not hung completely. We had some tiny ants in the room, we were on the third floor. You must request to have the room cleaned. There are no quiet streets in CDMX but this one is on the quieter side. For the price this hotel and the location is excellent.

Casa Tokio no es un típico hotel como esperaba cuando hice mi reserva a través de Hotel.com. Es más parecido a un Airbnb con conserjes 24/7. Las instalaciones son nuevas, la zona es bastante segura y cercana a restaurantes, bares, tiendas y a corta distancia de El Ángel de la Independencia o incluso a la entrada del Bosque de Chacultepec. El personal del Hotel es súper cordial y servicial. Luis, Moi y Claudia nos trataron de la mejor manera. Al no tratarse de un hotel común y corriente, no hay servcio de limpieza de cuarto a diario ni encontarás la típica plancha en el closet. Sin embargo, te brindan el servicio si lo solicitas y te prestan la plancha si la pides. También te brindan servicio de lavandería gratuitamente. Hay un área de descanso subiendo las escaleras de la recepción donde puedes sentarte a relajarte y encontrarás unos buenos licores de cortesía para degustar. Me tocó una habitación con puerta en común con la de al lado. El aislamiento no era adecuado y se escuchaba mucho el ruido. Lo siento por mis vecinos porque yo ronco demasiado. Si yo podía oir su tv y conversaciones, supongo que sufrieron con mis ronquidos. En el tercer día no tuvimos aguas por algunas horas debido a mantenimiento. A pesar de ese par de incovenientes, considero que el lugar vale la pena considerando el costo, limpieza, ubicación y trato cortés y profesional del personal.

Es una excelente opción por comodidad, limpieza y servicio del staff, si buscas descanso es el lugar ideal pero ojo ahí, el ruido puede pasar las paredes y puedes escuchar lo que pasa en la habitación de frente, lo cual te puede quitar un poco el sueño, la cafetería y sala de estar son agradables, si llevas auto considera que no tienen estacionamiento propio pero hay algunos cerca.

Vale mucho la pena este hotel es amplio ventilado y con bonitas amenidades el agua de las regaderas súper rica y con presión , el café delicioso y la amabilidad del personal es inmejorable volvería mil veces !! Felicidades
