Do not stay during the summer since the property as no A/C and gets extremely hot in the summer months. Also communication could be better , we had difficulty finding the location an getting in. The place is really centrally located and overall very nice, if you stay in cooler months

No Air conditioning! Bar under with loud party all night long. Windows open for air. You book this room only if you want to party. Otherwise you will be kept up all night long. 90 degrees outside and hotter inside do to restaurant ovens directly under room. It was the worst experience. Jet lag turned into nightmare 😫

The apartment was beautifully decorated and very comfortable bed but as we stayed during a heatwave the fan provided was not adequate so the room was constantly 31-32 degrees. The room really needs air conditioning. The restaurant below had very loud live music playing directly below our windows, which drowned out the sound of the tv and made it impossible to sleep. Also there is no hanging space or clothes hangers at all and the brand new iron did not work.

Extremely disappointing stay. We booked Room 4, specifically advertised as a Deluxe Apartment, but the check-in was a complete disaster. We arrived around 8pm and the entrance instructions were inadequate. The access code didn't work and nobody from the property answered our messages or any of the emergency contact numbers. We made six calls with no response. Hotels.com eventually tried to contact the property and even started looking for alternative accommodation for us. Eventually someone was contacted, but we discovered that Room 4 was already occupied by other guests! Those guests told us they had experienced the same problems checking in and had been unable to properly lock their door for their entire stay, which is extremely concerning. We were eventually moved to Room 1, a much smaller Standard Room. The room was very hot, had a tiny fan, poor-quality/tiny towels and no bath mat. The bed was seriously bad — the mattress had collapsed towards the head and the bed was far too small for two adults. To make matters worse, loud music from the pub downstairs continued late into the night on both nights. After the pub finished, staff then played music through a large Bluetooth speaker outside the apartments until almost midnight. We have video evidence of this. The whole experience caused considerable stress, we missed a dinner reservation and had very little sleep both nights. We wanted to leave but couldn't find alternative accommodation. Would not recommend at all
