The elevator situation is terrible. They run really slowly and are constantly filled. Multiple times we had to either wait 15-20 mins or take the stairs from our 11th floor room just to get in and out of the hotel. Other than that, the property is clean and the location is great. Bare minimum towels and there is no actual staff. The room itself was nice; however, we booked an ocean room (which we technically got) but the main view of the ocean was from the bathroom. The living room balcony and most of the bedroom balcony overlooked a busy street, church, and tire shop. We were a family of 5 with 3 small kids and will probably not stay here again.

뷰가 정말 좋았어요. 건물 자체가 높은 고지에 있어서 바다가 정말 이쁘게 보여요. 근처 식당 및 해변 접근성도 좋은편입니다. 단, 엘레베이터 정말 최악이고 청결이 안좋았어요. 수건에서 냄새났고 오래된느낌이 있습니다.

너무 최악이었음. 몇시간에 걸쳐서 숙소이 도착했는데 예약자에 이름이 없어서 확인해보니 이미 다른 사람이 예약한 방에 이중 예약이 되어있었더고 함. 호텔관리자란 사람이 전화와서 죄송하단 말한마디 없이 왜 전산이 그렇게 됐는지 모르겠고 익스피디아에 확인요청을 해놓은 상태라 자기네도 답을 받아야알수았다나?? 호텔스닷컴에서 예약한거라고 하니 익스피디아에서 호텔스닷컴으로 하청(?)을 준거래나뭐래나. 그건 너네사정이고. 예약이 되어서 비대면 체크인하라고 수신함에 알림이 두개나 왔는데 예약자에 이름은 없고 난민처럼 있다가 여행망치고 아직 환불도 못받고 호텔관계자한테 연락도 못받음. 당연히 죄송하다는 말 한마디 못들음. 환불은 당연한거고 기름값이 정신적 피해보상까지 해줘야하는거 아님?? 기다려보고 답없음 소비자보호원에 고발할 예정임
