Really lovely apartment. It is incredibly quiet given its location. Very convenient for everything in Como. Apartment had everything needed for a short stay One warning though: there are two buildings on the same street owned by this property. Hotels.com told me the wrong number, so just carefully check the correspondence for the correct number.

The apartment is located in between the train station and the busy city centre. So it's perfect if you need some peace and quiet at night within a good distance of the train station. The room was great, we had air con fully adjustable and all facilities, including a great shower, fridge, hair dryer etc... everything was clean. We were welcomed to the flat warmly and all queries were answered, it was quite exceptional, I cannot recall the lady's name working on Friday morning, but she was great! Good firm beds and additional items can be requested via WhatsApp with a near immediate response. Strongly recommend.

Central location , 10 min from either stations and a few mins to centre Communication with host was good and self check in was easy. Clean place. 20 mins walk from the lake ferry point. Lots of restaurants and a Carrefour close by. Microwave, fridge, kettle all worked as advertised. Bathroom was adequate. Left luggage facility was super easy and convenient. Property does not have an elevator and walking up with a standard check-in suitcase will be super difficult.

The apartment I rented was near the company office where I was warmly greeted and accompanied to the apartment itself. It was centrally located in Como, at street level and walking distance to the lakefront and the San Giovanni railway station. The unit was one large interconnected space (kitchen, sitting area and bedroom area with separate sink and toilet/shower room). It was clean, comfortable and included all the essentials, although there was no clothes washer or dryer.

This location was fantastic and easily walkable throughout the city of como, and a 6-8 minute walk from the lake. We had a first floor unit which was great for us since we had our two young kids and a stroller with us, however there are units on the 2nd floor which is up a large staircase. The room was sizable, clean, and modern which was nice compared to other places we stayed at near Como. The AC was pumping as well which was amazing considering the heat wave at the time. Juliet helped us during check in and she was fantastic and extremely accommodating. There was an issue with access to our original unit and she made quick phone calls and ultimately moved us to the ground floor unit which was an upgrade from our original booking. The parking lot was a plus but entry to the lot was VERY tight. It was manageable but make sure you have a smaller car if you want to be safe. The central location made everything easily accessible by walking so driving in and out of the lot isn't needed as much. Overall we had a great experience here and would highly recommend it to young adults or young families if you are able to get a ground floor unit.
