I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the room was very spacious and clean with a lovely view of the Adige river. The reception staff were exemplary, nothing was too much trouble for them and I was always greeted with a warm smile. Their professionalism was outstanding. I would not hesitate in staying here again.

This property is advertised as 2 star but is definitely 3 at a minimum. Our apartment was virtually brand new and in immaculate condition! Great view from the balcony and the staff were all very friendly! Transport to the city centre is available right outside and I'd definitely recommend staying here - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Quiet neighbourhood, spacious rooms

The room was spacious and had a nice, large balcony. Great for enjoying coffee and breakfast in the morning. The bed was firm, but comfortable. The pillows is too hard, could be softer. A little bit of food smell from other rooms when they cooked food in the room. The bus stops right outside the hotel, but stops going after 9 pm. Walking is possible also, takes about 30 minutes from old town.

Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming to help with directions, suggestions, and transportation. Facility and room was very clean. Nice size room. Any extra requests came with a frown. Asked for 3 pillows because the pillows in the room were very thin. I was provided one pillow and felt he was inconvenienced. Stayed at the hotel for 7 days. Requested 3 new towels. Was told it would be $5 per towel from the gentleman at the door. Overall I would stay again because the place was very clean with a nice living space. The female staff were excellent at the front desk.

Amazing flat/hotel

We stayed in this residence for 10 days. Amazing modern clean flat with a modern kitchen, balcony and the best amazing friendly staff.... So helpful and smiley.... So kind.... We felt like at home. We couldn't find anything wrong in this residence. It was perfect!! If you need a good comfortable place to stay for a few nights or more. This is the place. 1 km from the center by walk and just near the river. Thank you a lot!!!

Voyage familial avec deux ados. Lieu très propre. Accueil excellent. Une bonne literie. Une cuisine fonctionnelle. Le seul bémol serait la localisation mais il y a des bus réguliers pour amener au centre ville. Sinon il faut marcher 45 minutes environ.

*Exceptionnel* *Fantastique* *Merveilleux* Je pense n'avoir jamais connu une si belle résidence -> chambres aussi spacieuses de 35 m2 et aussi bien conçues, comme chez soi. Toutes les chambres disposent d'une terrasse. Tout l'équipement pour cuisiner est également disponible. Tout est parfaitement propre, comme neuf. L'environnement est exceptionnel : parc + Adige. La résidence est proche du centre ville une petite demi-heure à pied.
