The room was reasonably priced, it was clean and bathroom also. The only thing was the lights blinked beside the bed and the outdoor light was on all night and was extremely bright. I would recommend better drapes to block out that light. All in all the bed was comfortable except it's on a metal frame that can be loud if you hit your foot on the side of it. Restaurants close by and beach access is one block away.

The HVAC unit leaked water on the floor. That needs repair. The coffee machine was missing a part so couldn’t make coffee. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Old facility and motel faces Pacific so you can clearly hear all traffic and outside noise however our one night stay wasn’t too bad. Think the lousy weather kept noise down

For reference we stayed in room 104. Over all everything was clean, everything worked, no odors, air conditioning and refrigerator were turned on prior to our arrival so our room was cool. This is not a high end hotel chain but it was clean and very well lit at night time. I love that 7-11 was right next door. It is one block away from the boardwalk and beach. If you need a clean place to stay for a decent price and your not looking for any frills, this is the place. There was also a pool but we did not swim. I would stay here again. This is definitely one of the cleanest places I have stayed in VA BEACH for the price.

Amazing spot for a low price, food near by and very close to the beach boardwalk I enjoyed the hotel a lot of space, even a desk and a bit bathroom. The air also was nice and they even had a fridge and microwave.
