Maybe I didn’t see the information about how to find the hotel. I had to ask a hotel close by where to find it. Outside facade says Harbourview. Location is great. Trams really close by, not to mention Marvel stadium is walking distance.

Got upgraded to a penthouse suite, which was nice, Hotel is a little dated but was clean and comfortable for a one night stay, the price was good value for money, compared to other Hotels in Melbourne, but if you are looking for something a bit more modern, this would may not be for you,

Clean facilities and consumables, and easy and convenient access close to transport. Police station across the road made it very safe. However, property itself was in quite poor condition with many scratched, stained or poorly repaired aspects. Also, the traffic noise throughout the night was fairly substantial - although this is fairly unavoidable. Fine for the one night that we stayed just to sleep in, but wouldn’t have wanted to stay there for a longer time frame.

Disappointing

The room was very hot so we opened the window to be confronted with a tick layer of dust in the hinge area and outside of the window, large amounts of pigeon poo. There were small beetles in the kitchen cupboard and on the floor. Reception person was friendly and efficient.

We had the suit and it Was perfect for a large number of guests. However when we arrived there was no one at the reception desk, apparently they called in sick. We had arrived early but I had emailed them previously to let them know that we will won’t need the room until later that evening and We needed to park our cars. Due to no one being there we were unable to check in. The only person to assist was the cleaner. She did a fantastic job and went and called the manager to sort out our cars and how we could collect our room key. After about half an hour it was all sorted. When we arrived back later that evening our collected the key from the overnight box. Had no problems. The room was ok for the 2 nights. Furniture a bit old but we didn’t stay there much. Great location . Would stay there again .

There was no reception when I arrived at 5pm, it was all virtual. Their automated check-in system so I had to call their hotline number and email my license ID to their staff. No advice over my ID retention within their system and nor the fact it was sent in an insecure email form. It took me well over an hour to check-in. Payment was via a link for funds that was emailed to me while I was sitting in their empty reception. The room itself was dated and smelt like a hospital when I walked in. At least it was clean which was nice. It was a little cheaper than other places nearly, however the check-in experience absolutely turned me off. Not staying here again sorry!

The apartment is a good size and reasonable layout. It is quite dated, but functional. There is no reception at this hotel, you are given a PIN code to enter the building and there is an electronic check in machine. I found the hotel good value for money if you are happy with the basics and don’t need staff support
